Can you get that delicious Thyme we saw in Spain (or Portugal)? Here it is: we can, of course, offer this intensely and uniquely flavoured and wonderfully fragrant herb! It is (naturally) widely used in Spanish cuisine and can be used fresh or dried. The plants are best grown in pots, kept a bit drier in winter, and placed in a tunnel or shed during frost (not indoors). The leaves turn grey-green in the sun and the flowers are bright white, which is also where the plant gets the name "White Thyme" from. Expect a total growing height of about 30 cm.
