Rediscovered! This wild garlic is a nice addition to the garden and kitchen. The perennial onion produces fresh edible leaves and an abundance of bulbils at the top (instead of flowers). These are deliciously spicy in salads (use immediately after harvesting) and can also be planted to create a growing patch! The bulbils sometimes already grow into crow's-foot-like growths at the top.
