SOLD OUT! This top variety was introduced in 1849, bred by J.L. Jamin, a French strawberry breeder. The rather small fruits (shiny and firm) are so good in taste that for 100 years this variety could not be knocked off the top 10. Nowadays, professional growers don't find the yield high enough, but it's all about TASTE, isn't it?
Our strawberry collection partly consists of rare old varieties, which are only sporadically available. Therefore, the waiting time can be long. Annually in July, a new crop is potted by our grower, which is delivered in August-September. In April-May, we can replenish part of this assortment. Please note that postage costs apply for any subsequent deliveries.
