A very old species from the French Alps, which originated as a natural cross between the Wild and Hill Strawberry. The growth is exuberant and very flat, making it an ideal ground cover! The 1 cm large, red fruits are very aromatic. This rare species should definitely be saved from extinction!
Our strawberry collection partly consists of rare old varieties, which are only available in limited quantities. Therefore, the waiting time can be long. Each year in July, a new crop is potted by our grower, which is delivered in August-September. In April-May, we can replenish part of this assortment. Please note that postage costs may apply for any subsequent deliveries?
