Ever-bearing Strawberry 'Herzbergs Triumph'

(1949) Breeder: G. Herzberg (Wefensleben near Magdeburg). This delicious, sweet variety (with plenty of aroma and a subtle acidity) is a descendant of the raspberry strawberry 'Frau Mieze Schindler' x 'Gartenbaudirektor Langer', has a longer harvesting period and can rightly be called "everbearing". The fruits are medium-sized, round to heart-shaped and light to medium red in colour.
Our strawberry collection consists partly of rare old varieties, which are only sparingly available. It is therefore possible that the waiting time may be long. A new crop is potted by our grower annually in July, which is delivered in August-September. In April-May, we can replenish part of this assortment. Please note that postage costs may apply for any subsequent deliveries.
