A Small Vegetable Garden on the Terrace or Balcony

You don't always need a large garden to grow vegetables. This book describes various possibilities for a vegetable garden on a balcony or terrace. Tomatoes, lettuce, radishes, and potatoes grow just as well in pots and planters and also make for colorful decorations. With the help of clear photos, each composition is described in detail: which plants or seeds you need, how to plant the vegetables or herbs, what care they require, when they can be harvested... Additionally, you'll receive practical tips for purchasing pots, planters, and potting soil, for maintaining your home-grown vegetables, and for the decorative aspect of the vegetable garden.
Dream of fresh tomatoes, courgettes, carrots, and basil from your own "vegetable patch" on the balcony or terrace!
